Our corporate head office is based in Mayfair, London W1J 8AJ and our facility is in Vonitsa Greece.
Does Orcanex grow its own cannabis?
Yes, currently spanning over 10,000sq meters of cultivation space, we grow our own cannabis to the highest industry standards.
How experienced is your cultivators and quality assurance teams?
Our team has over 20 years of product and method development. Over 90% of the Orcanex workforce stems from cannabis, retail, and finance backgrounds.
Does Orcanex manufacture all its products for sale?
Over 85% of our products/ingredients are grown, manufactured, and processed in house by our specialists’ operations team. Everything else is sourced by approved suppliers closely connected with Orcanex.

Do you provide samples?
Yes, samples can be provided on request. Please email sales@orcanex.com with your enquiries.
Can I still buy from Orcanex even though I am not a wholesaler?
Yes, anybody, as long they are over 18, can purchase our products direct from our website at retail price.
What are the benefits of creating a wholesale account?
We offer a wide range of extended services for our wholesale customers, once your wholesale account has been approved, members can enjoy the benefits which include, reduced wholesale pricing, dedicated account manager and more.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship to European countries, UK and the USA.
How can I ensure the quality of your products?
We operate at the highest industry standard, ensuring all European requirements are met. All our products/raw ingredients come with COAs to ensure they are of the highest quality, with majority of our products are being organic and vegan friendly.

What is the difference between THC & CBD?
CBD & THC are two primary cannabinoids that occur naturally in hemp. The difference between the two is the arrangement of a single atom both interact with the CB2 receptors but interact with the CB1 receptors differently.
Can CBD get me high?
No, CBD does not contain any of the psychoactive ingredient THC which is associated with the intoxicating effect of cannabis.
What is the difference between CBD full spectrum and isolate?
Full spectrum extracts contain CBD as well as a plethora of other cannabinoids including THC. Isolate is CBD in its purest form and only contains cannabidiol
IS CBD Legal?
CBD legalities vary from country to country, most European countries, the USA and UK, CBD is considered legal if it meets the standard European requirements. We urge all customers to check their own countries laws on CBD when ordering to ensure delivery is swift and efficient.
Are there side effects associated with CBD?
CBD is generally well tolerated with few reported side effects. These can include tiredness, diarrhoea, and changes in appetite.
